Offered here for sale is this simply beautiful & very rare 1857 Leather Bound Edition Hardcover from the United Kingdom of Lord Byron's wonderful 'Child Harold's Pilgrimage' in Really Very Good Condition for a book that is 157 years old...Excellent! The book size is 6.0" x 4.0" and 311 pages. The book was published in the United Kingdom in 1857 by John Murray of Albemarle Street,London,Bound in Beautiful Green Morocco Leather with Gilt Appointments and Marbled Page Edges & End Papers...there is some wear to the outer leather but the gilding is really nice and bright.There is a previous owners label stuck in to the front end paper but the rest of the book looks almost as if it has never been read....a really nice tight copy of this rare volume which is 157 years old!
