Lord of the Rings Pinball Machine - Home Use Only BIN and get in just in time for Christmas! This machine is from my personal collection. I have been the only owner. I purchased the game brand new from Discount Arcade in Texas. It has been in a non-smoking home. It is clean and in excellent shape. I am letting it go to make way for an Addams Family machine I purchased.I have added two protector plastics on the Path of the Dead. The Path of the Dead ball deflector is at the top of the mini playfield w the VUK sends the ball. This piece creates more random kicks instead of the ball rolling down the same lane 85% of the time. Also added is the clear, plastic ramp at the bottom of the Path of the Dead. This piece delivers the ball down off the mini playfield smoothly preventing the damage done by it bouncing down.In addition to the protectors I also added a few mods of my own. I purchased from the same toy company that manufactured the figures used by Stern additional figures. I added Sauron, the Dark Lord in place of the Orc by the Barad-dur tower. (Is it really Lord of the Rings without the Dark Lord). In addition to him I added Elendil and Isildur figures in a position that looks like they are battling Sauron. I replaced the standard white bulbs on that side of the backboard with red bulbs. I added a yellow spot on Sauron. The lighting changes make a more dramatic look to the back. To finish it off I put the Eye of Sauron on top of Barad-dur. It is a nice improvement over the eye in the backboard. The eye can be removed and the bulb wires have a molex connector so the tower can still be serviced. Extra red and yellow bulbs are included with the machine. Also included are extra mini bulbs I use to light the eye. The mini bulbs require slight work for the best effect (I sharpie the base black, shave a little plastic off one side of the base so it lays at an angle, and super glue it to the mini socket so it stays tight when the tower moves - takes less then 10 minutes and I just put a brand new bulb in for the buyer.) The original Orc removed will be included as well. Also added is and additional Ringwraith on the handle on Narsil.The machine features three main multi-ball modes plus a Gollum 2-ball multi-ball. Once the player starts the three multi-balls they must next destroy the ring. If that is achieved t is one more bonus feature that follows - I will leave that for the buyer to find out. I only made that far twice. Additional features include six ring modes, ring frenzy, gifts from the elves.All manuals and extra parts that came with the game are included (see photo). This Item can be picked up or will need to ship via NAVL ( ext. 2). Buyer will need to call NAVL for a quote (my ZIP is 28715 and it is tractor trailer accessible) and final arrangements.
