This Lord of the Rings stamp collection features stamps issued by the New Zealand Post under license from New Line Productions, Inc. and all stamp designs were personally approved by director Peter Jackson. Sets include: The Fellowship of the Ring first day cover set, The Two Towers Presentation Pack and The Return of the King Presentation Pack.

The Fellowship of the Ring set includes two date stamped unaddresed first day covers, one with a complete set of 6 gummed postage stamps affixed and one with a complete set of six self-adhesive stamps affixed. The covers are sealed in plastic.

The Two Towers ’ Stamp Presentation Pack is attractively packaged in a deluxe folio featuring a wide selection of pivotal scenes and key characters from Peter Jackson’s awards-winning ‘ The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers ’ motion picture. It delves deeply into the races and mythos of JRR Tolkien’s Middle-Earth , exploring them in a manner that film enthusiasts, stamp lovers, and Lord of the Rings fans will appreciate .

THE Two Towers Presentation Pack is the second official one in the trilogy and comes in a tri-folding folio containing a handsome compilation of the most popular commemorative ‘ The Two Towers ’ 2002 Official philatelic items including several scarce ones which are no longer available separately. Each set includes 18 Two Towers stamps in the form of: First Day Cover with complete gummed stamp set and (December 4, 2002) cancellation postmarks, a complete self-adhesive Stamps Set with ‘ Two Towers ’ logos and a complete set of six Miniature Sheets featuring crucial scenes from the awards-winning ‘ The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers ’ movie

THE OFFICIAL Return of the King Presentation Pack comes in a tri-folding folio containing a handsome compilation of the most popular commemorative ‘ The Return of the King ’ 2003 Official philatelic items including several scarce ones not available separately. Each set includes 18 RotK stamps in the form of: First Day Cover with complete gummed stamp set and (November 5, 2003) cancellation postmarks, a complete self-adhesive stamps set with ‘ Return of the King ’ logos and a complete set of six miniature shets featuring crucial scenes from the awards-winning 'The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King' movie.

ALL ITEMS ARE new and individually mounted inside archival-quality clear pouches permitting easy removal, and the triple-fold Presentation Pack folder is sealed in a heavy-duty clear protective slipcase. The Return of the King Presentation Pack also provides detailed information about the official ‘ Return of the King ’ 2003 stamp issue, as well as the characters and motion picture it honours.
