Nice Lortone arbor with new bearings. The old ones were fine, but this way you know it will run for a long time. The arbor has two Crystalite 8 by 1 1/2" wheels. One of them is a 100 grit turbine wheel that cuts fine, but is more than half worn out. It would still serve well for small cabs or softer materials. The other is a standard Crystalite 100 grit that appears to be new, and cuts very fast. The unit has a good belt. The trays on this unit had been butcd pretty badly in the name of plumbing. I fixed them with riveted aluminum pieces sealed with commercial gutter sealant and good ol' JB Weld, which is serious stuff. I also made some clips for lashing the trays to your table or bench. The hoods are plumbed for water inlets with 1/8" male pipe thread fittings. I added new spray shields to the hoods.
I have a motor that you can have for $15, but that will add to the shipping. I am leaving it out of the deal because most people will want to use their own motor, and they are heavy to ship. It is an old GE 1/4 horse that runs smoothly and quietly. Like all old motors, you never know, but good new ones are not cheap...... Regarding the plumbing, I will install drains (bulkhead fittings) in the trays if you would like. Just let me know w you would like the outlets to be. Bulkhead fittings will not drain the pans completely, as they have a low flange, but they can be installed in the bottom or side of the pan, and they will not leak. I would charge $30 (the fittings are $10 each) to install them. Please e-mail with questions, and best of luck with your bids.
