You are viewing a SCARCE set of Limited Edition Topps Wacky Packages Pewter Pins. These pins were designed by Talented ANS Wacky Packages Artist NEIL CAMERA. They feature the GADZOOKA TEACHER, the AJERX GUY and the WACKY PACKAGES LOGO! The pins were cast in Solid Pewter by Nationally Recognized Sculptors DAVID & MARK STEPPER. I am one of the trio (David) who developed these fun, high quality pins. As long time wacky collectors, this project was a labor of love for Neil, Mark and me. We collaborated on this project over the course of several months and recently presented the pins to Topps' Executives. Only 30 sets of pins were produced off the mold. These are the ONLY sets that will ever be produced. The pins were created as high quality Protoypes for Topps. The actual Wacky Pins to be marketed to the public would feature classic & ANS characters and be produced in a less expensive material (plastic, acrylic, etc.) At the moment, the project is "on hold" but may be considered as a Topps product in the future. These beautiful limited sets are engraved with the artists' names "CAMERA-STEPPER" and numbered 1 - 30. A substantial number of the 30 total sets were sent to the Executives at Topps. The three Artists involved are also holding onto several sets. We will be making a few of these sets available to collectors through ebay auctions over the next several weeks. The pins are hand-cast in solid Lead-Free pewter and meticulously hand-finished. They have been hand-enameled with vibrant colors of orange, green, white and black. These pins have a very upscale look and are substantial in weight. Please note: The white spots on Ajerx Guy's eye are just reflections...the eyes are in perfect shape.
