You are bidding on a lot of vintage LIFE magazines from 1936 to 1951 that includes 350 issues, no duplicates. These are from one family, one owner and all have a delivery label on them to Seal Beach, California. They are in fair condition, some better than others, but I will advise that they are readers, for nostalgic and historical perusal, rather than mint collectible. They have been stored in our attic for 40 years, have a musty old smell, there are about 5% with a loose front or back cover, and about 15% have a loose centerfold page. These are complete magazines, no pages missing, all of the famous advertisements are still in the magazines for those inclined to sell them off. Really just a nice nostalic collection for enjoyment. The following are the number of issues by year: 1936 - 2 1937 - 17 1938 - 4 1939 - 19 ***WAR YEARS - 5 year gap - no issues*** 1945 - 42 1946 - 48 (Near complete year) 1947 - 50 (Near complete year) 1948 - 48 (Near complete year) 1949 - 52 (complete year) 1950 - 49 (Near complete year) 1951 - 17 There may be a few others included. But the total is a solid 350 issues, 7 years worth! Please don't ask if a specific issue is included. They are in boxes by year, but not in order within the year. As I said there are no duplicates.
