Offered is a nice lot of 4 vintage postcards, 3 greetings and 1 town view from Streator, Illinois: City Park, STreator, Ill. Unused and unmarked. Made in USA, marked American Art A12724. Man and woman, embracing, captioned "This is how I'll greet you. in Streator, Ill." Used but not posted. Bamforth and Co., England and NY. Bamforth's Lovers series. Creases on corners. Couple seated with man's arm around woman, captioned "Having a Lovely Time in Streator, Ill." Used but not posted. Bamforth and Co., England and NY. Minor creasing on corners. Couple palying outdoors, captioned "I'm Seeking Something Like You in Streator, Ill." Used but not posted. Bamforth and Co., England and NY. Local Lovers series. All cards measure 3.5 by 5.5". Most are glossy. The cards grade about Ex or better, with no creases and light corner wear, except as noted. Shipping is $3, which includes insurance. Sales tax : Illinois residents must pay sales tax (6.5%). Shipping : Buyer pays for shipping. The shipping charge is given below, and it includes door-to-door tracking and insurance up to $100, usually by USPS. I will gladly provide tracking numbers for items over $100, if requested. I'll track down delayed deliveries for any item, if the item hasn't been received 1 week after I shipped it. All items are insured and tracked, to the extent permitted by the carrier. In the event of damage or loss, buyers are expected to cooperate and assist with the claim investigation by the carrier. I will reimburse the buyer after I am reimbursed by the carrier. I ship UPS twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Fridays. I try to include everything paid for by 5 p.m. the preceding day. If you need to have an item delivered by a specific date, please ask before bidding. USPS shipments are made less frequently, usually on Thursdays. I work out of my home, and to protect my family's privacy I generally do not allow local pickup. Exceptions for very large items will be noted in the description. Multiple items won within a 2-day period will be combined for shipping if possible. In such cases, please do not pay until you receive a combined eBay invoice for the items. Each additional item generally will be $1-2 above the cost of shipping the first item. Size, weight, and value all affect shipping costs, so this discount will not apply in all cases and I do not guarantee that all multiple winnings will be combined. Payment : I accept Paypal, personal checks, money orders, and bank checks; cash is also accepted but not recommended. Depending on buyer feedback and the price of an item, I may also insist on certified funds (bank check). For most items, a personal check is fine. I generally do not hold personal checks, so t usually will be no extra delay if you pay with a check. Special terms for Paypal payments : I rigorously follow PayPal requirements for seller charge-back protection.
