Item Description: Over the next few weeks I will be listing avery large collection of toys, trains (various scales), parts, and collectables in separate lots. They were found in a local estate. The items are in varying condition with some having a lot of wear and/or damage. Because of this, please read the description below and see all the photos before bidding. This lot includes: Plasticville Kit Condition: Used condition with typical wear from use. Kit has not been glued together and will be shipped disassembled. Model could use a cleaning. Box has wear and damage from storage. Would make a good addition to any collection. See all photos for more details and to help judge condition. What you see in the picture is what you get.
