52 MAGIC TREE HOUSE books by Mary Pope Osborne Books #1-28 all paperback17 Merlin Missions - 12 hardcover 7 Research Guides all paperback This is a Very Good lot of 52 MAGIC TREE HOUSE titles, 28 books from the series (#1-28), 17 Merlin Missions, and 7 Research Guides. Seventeen books are “Merlin Mission” books with 12 hardcovers - 10 with dust jacket books and 2 hardcovers without dust jackets - and 5 paperbacks. These books are in Good to Very Good condition with the majority Very Good. Any imperfections are described below. The books have little cover wear unless something is described. The pages are all clean and fully attached. One of the books has a name inside and none have writing inside or on the front cover. Most of the books were published by Random House, and some were published by Scholastic. MAGIC TREEHOUSE is a perfect series for the beginning reader who is transitioning to chapter books. These are second grade reading level, with reading levels between 2.1 and 4.0, most of the harder books are part of the Merlin Mission books. Research Guides are RL 4.2-5.1. I am not an expert on the Accelerated Reading program, but I believe Magic Tree House are all AR books.
