" *********************************************** *** WE SHIP IN 24-48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT *** ********************************************** Up for Auction is this huge lot of Antique and Vintage Sterling silver pieces. Most of these pieces are in perfect and mint condition. This set weights over 3 pounds. Included are: 6~ Sterling Silver Desert/sherbert cups, 1 has two dents the others are all in mint condition. Signed R B in boxes. They measure 2 3/4" x 3 5/8" each. 2 ~Beautiful victorian handled baskets. The larger basket has pierced and floral repouse' edge and handle. It is marked sterling on the bottom with no other markings that I could find. It measures 7" x 8". The smaller basket also has an intricate pierced edging with a gadroon boarder around the top edge as well as the foot. It marked Sterling and a hallmark of Gruen in a shield. the small basket has a small dent on the side that could easily be fixed, other than that both baskets are in mint condition with no damage (could use a little light cleaning) The small basket measures 6 1/4" x 6". 3~ Cups(pictured in 6th photo included, left to right). First cup is signed "to Petter lee on his first birthday May 6, 1945 from his daddy. It is signed on the bottom B&M Sterling. It measure 3 1/4" x 3 1/4". The middle cup is small champaign bucket used for either toothpicks or cigarettes. It has a delicate gadroon edging and is marked sterling on the bottom. It measures 2 7/8" x 2 3/4". The third cup is made by International Silver and is in the Prelude pattern. Marked Sterling on the bottom and measures 2" x 3 1/4". The candle sticks are marked N.S.C.U in a shield with the N.S over the C.U. And is also marked Sterling. They each measure 2 5/8" x 2 7/8" and are in perfect condition. The larger plate says P.L.A.N on the front and is inscribed on the back December 25, 1950 from Grandmother Neblett, Auntie Kay nd Autie anne. It has Gorham the Gorham hallmarks Lion, Anchor and G and sterling 5750 on the bottom. The smaller dish is of a ship "MY Stella Polaris B.D.S and is hallmarked on the front with 830S a hallmark I cant make out and M.AASE. It has been acid tested and is sterling. It measures 3 5/8" x 3/8". We will start these WAY BELOW the sterling value (sterling is about $18 per ounce) alone with NO RESERVE .
