Lot 8 Bareuther Waldsassen Christmas Thanksgiving Plates

Lot of 8 Bareuther Waldsassen Bavaria Germany Collector Plates, dated 1969-1974, and featuring themes of Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Mother’s Day.

All of these plates are blue and white and are marked on the back "100 Jahre Bareuther Waldsassen Bavaria Germany."

Each plate has a wire attached to the back for hanging.

Approximate measurement for each plate is 8 7/8" across.

1. 1969 – "Christkindlesmarkt"(Christ-child harvest market)

2. 1970 – "Stille Nacht Kapelle Oberndorf" (Quiet Night Chapel in Oberndorf)

**T are a couple of small spots or stains by the top of the chapel. They look like a water stain and do not come off with water, but may come off with a cleaner, however, I cannot be sure.

3. 1971 – "Christmas 1971" (Two other websites call this Toys for Sale)

**T is a small scratch that can only be seen when tilted in the light just right

4. 1972 – "Frauenkirche seen from Peters Church in Munich" (Christmas in Munich)

**T are small spots or stains by the top above the house. It looks like a water stain and does not come off with water, but may come off with a cleaner, however, I cannot be sure.

8. 1971 – "Mother’s Day 1971 – From the original by Ludwig Richter 1803-1884 Dresden Germany" (Mother and Children)

**This has a larger stain by the top of the clothesline pole that has the same characteristics as the stains stated above.

Condition:

These are all in good to excellent condition with no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs.

Only one has a small scratch and a few have a water-like stain, all of which is mentioned in the individual descriptions above.
