Lot of 2 Antique Handpainted Decorator Plates This set of 2 antique plates originated from my great aunt, and I just couldn't break them up. They have been together for a long time... Here is what I know about them: They are stamped on the back " Haviland France," there are no other markings that I can find. There are no scratches or markings visible on the handpainted part. Unfortuatly there are some damage to the edge of the plate. It looks like they were both set on plate racks and it chipped some of the gold edges off (notice in pictures), it is the same on both plates. They both measure 9.5 inches in diameter and both have scallaped gilded edges. Thanks for stopping by!!! PAYMENT* Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close.
