This auction is for LOT OF 6 INTERNATIONAL DOLLSLet me start by saying I am NOT an expert on vintage dolls.I bought these at an auction of a local business owner last year. The couple lived in Iran for a few years. She said her parents owned the first bowling alley in Iran.? I think she was telling the truth. They traveled all over and her goal was to collect a doll from every country she went to. She had tried to make note of the country on a piece of paper and attach it with a paperclip to every doll. Some have survived, some have not. There are none in this box. I just sold a box that has a few notes in it.She also ran in and gave me a copy of an appraisal she had done back in 1986. The appraiser was a local real estate lady and antique dealer. This is NOT an all inclusive list and I'm not sure if the prices are specific to these particular dolls. Nonetheless, she was a SERIOUS doll collector and I will include a copy of the appraisal.She had a HUGE collection of ALL KINDS of dolls! There simply was NOT enough people to buy all of these dolls. I bought these because they were smaller and seemed like an interesting collection.
