Five Parker "Blue Diamond" Full-sized Vacumatic Fountain Pens in excellent condition. The pens date from the mid 1940's. All pens have original undamaged 14K gold Vacumatic nibs and original parts. The plastic and metal surfaces of the pens are smooth and shiny. All pens have black plastic top jewels. The pens are about 5" long with cap diameters of just over 1/2". The pens are free of cracks, gouges, chew marks or engraved names and they have "Parker Vacumatic" imprints; the Blue Diamond emblems are intact. The pens have not been restored and will need new rubber diaphragms in order to take up ink. A further description of each pen, from left to right in the photo, follows: 1. Pen is blue pearl striped with gold filled trim; 14K gold nib is medium; very slight, typical, high point brassing on bottom edge of cap band; 1945 date code. 2. Color is golden brown pearl striped with gold filled trim; 14K gold nib is medium; 1943 date code. 3. Color is jet black with gold filled trim; 14K gold nib is medium/fine; 1945 date code. 4. Color is silver pearl striped with shiny silver colored metal trim; 14K gold nib is medium/fine; 1945 date code. 5.
