Lot of 500+ VintageLate 1940s-1962 35mm COLOR SLIDESJAPAN COUNTRYSIDE & a Few in U.S.I am pleased to offer this lot of over 500 35mm Slides of Post war Japan. Some of the slides are of the same areas that were taken with the 8mm movies I also have on another auction. Those movies were developed during the late 1940s in Japan .T is no military in these slides as are in the movies, most are of the japan countryside with a few of the local people.T are a couple of rolls that were taken in the U.S. in 1962. The follow are sample pics from each box of film In addition to the slides t are two undeveloped rolls of film with an expiration date of Jun 1959 and 5 canisters with negatives and undeveloped film. One can is bent and I didn't open it. The negativies are very brittle and I didn't unroll or view them.Although the negatives and old film are too old for use, they ould make an ineresting display of old cameras.
