This is a set of SIX place settings of SIX pieces each (i.e. 36 total pieces) in mint condition. Included are: 6 dinner plates (approx. 10.5 inches across) 6 salad plates (8 inches) 6 bread and butter plates (6.5 inches) 6 cups and saucers 6 fruit/cereal bowls (5.25 inches).Please note that the rimmed soup bowls, pictured at far right, are NOT included in this set. This is a discontinued, very timeless and versatile pattern (Saturn Black) of Minton fine bone china that was sold from 1985 - 1997 and now retired. It is white with a black band on edge and gold verge line and gold edging. The green maker's mark on the back reads "Saturn, Minton Founded 1793, Fine Bone China Made in England, Royal Doulton Tableware Ltd 1983.
