This auction is for a lot of 32 photos circa early 1950's from Albuquerque, New Mexico and surrounding areas - Grants, Holbrook, Isleta, Gallup and other towns along Route (Hwy) 66. The photos have description scratched into the original negatives and include sites such as church interiors, Railroad tracks, Petrified Forest, Kiwanis Point, Central Ave. Downtown Albuquerque, Ernie Pyle' shome, Blue Hole Fish Hatchery, Isleta Indians, the Bad Lands, Municipal Airport plus much more. The souvenir photos are marked on the negative S.W.P.C. - Southwest Postcard I presume - but they are 3 7/16 by 2 1/2" photographs that maybe were later published as postcards. They are in excellent conditon the only problem being that they are curled. They are striking B&W photos of American Desert Landscapes. Thanks for looking and please check my other auctions.
