This is a lot of 4 sets of Rose Medallion Demitasse cups with saucers. The cups and plates are all hand painted, and decorated with flowers and butterflies. The edge decor is not solid, this is part of the hand painting process. The cups and plates are marked on the back. We are listing many other pieces of Rose Medallion at this time. We gladly combine shipping where size and weight permits. Please check our other listings. Condition : The cups and plates are all in very good condition without chips or cracks. Measurements: The demitasse cups measure approximately 2 1/2" in height and 3" in diameter. The saucers measure approximately: 5" in diameter, and the side plates measure approximately 5 1/2" in diameter, and 1" in height. We are selling the Rose Medallion porcelain for a client. His parents were stationed in Japan in the 1970's where his mother was a purchaser for the officer's club. It was during this time his parents acquired these beautiful pieces. Because the pieces were acquired at different times and places the markings on the pieces may also be different. In our business we often obtain the complete contents of estates.
