This auction is for a screen used Baseball bat that was used in the filming of The Babe Ruth Story movie. I was lucky to pick up a few bats from a person who worked on the production of the movie. This bat shows some use, and has some nics and scuffs, but no damage. The bat looks great. I am unsure if this bat is of the original period when Lou Gehrig played or a later model. I will give all the writing that is branded into the bat for your consideration LOUISVILLE SLUGGER 125 HILLERICH & BRADSBY CO MADE IN USA LOUISVILLE KY below the oval circle reads TRADE MARK REG. US PAT. OFF. Further up the bat reads TRADE MARK handwitten LOU GEHRIG REG. US PAT OFF. At the end of the handle is branded G 69L. The bat measures 34" long. Offered at NO RESERVE!!!
