Hi- this is a very pretty Madam Alexander Lucille Ball doll. She's 21" tall and has on her original costume. (her eyes are fine in real life- left one looks goofy in my first picture- it's fine. just glare.) I think she is from the "Hollywood Collection" from 1998 or 1996 and may be named "Shadow Polkadot Lucy" . I saw a 10" version named that. On ebay i've seen "extremely rare" and "special edition" both used to describe this doll and costume. I am a collector, purchased her "as is" at a doll s how in Florida. She's got a Hard Plastic Body with vinyl arms and head. Her knees are jointed and bend. Her feet are for highheels - she fits a big Cissy shoe. Look over my pictures - the face and coloring are truly lovely. The lips and eye makeup are so bright and pretty, see closeups.. This is a new doll, never displayed or played with. From a no-smoking- no pets house. she's clean and perfect. Her hair is in a loose elastic band in a sort of "upsweep" and ringlets bobby pinned in front. May not be original "do". The dress is made of a very luxurious black satin fabric with black satin "dots" woven into it. (see picture of skirt closeup) The bodice is fully lined with white cotton, It's got a black satin collar with a smaller dotted insert at neckline, and bow of small polka dots.
