This is a wonderful Victorian English sterling silver vesta case hallmarked 1899 and in perfect condition. The case is cushion shaped and is made in a swirl reeded design on both sides. Both sides have a vacant cartouche. T is a hinged lid and chain suspension ring. Condition: Absolutely perfect. T are no dents nicks splits or repairs. The hinge is perfect, and the lid opens and closes firmly and perfectly. The abrasive striking area at the bottom of the case looks as if it's never been used.
