LOVELY ANTIQUE ENGLISH SILVER GOLD MIZPAH HEART PIN A terrific antique English, solid sterling silver 'Mizpah' shield-shaped pin; with fine hand engraving, red and yellow gold lapped embellishment, and bearing the ancient salutation 'Mizpah', and 'The Lord watch between me and the[e] when we are absent one from another'. A wonderful design - desirable, highly collectable and very wearable indeed! Of heavy duty hollow construction, typical of the period in which it was made. CONDITION : All original and very good. Slight wear, no damage. DEFECTS : None. DATE/MARKS : Hallmarked B'ham 1895. Maker's marks K&Co. DIMENSIONS : Almost 2 inches long (1 inch = 25.4 mm).
