LOVELY Bisque, German 1900? Boy w/tulip spill vase

This is a lovely German porcelain bisque figure of a boy with a red/peach colored tulip spill vase. It is marked with an impressed 694 on the back. T is gold/gilt trim on his hat and clothes and along the leaf and flower. His face is remakable with the bluest eyes and a pale blush on his cheeks. My understanding is that this is from the early 1900s and that boy pieces are somewhat rarer that the girl pieces. Be advised that it needs a delicate cleaning w his arm is bent holding something. Also, some of the gold is worn and t are some tiny chips and t (see photos) but I would call the condition on this piece very very good (However, since it is an antique and possibly 100 years old, it is sold as is.)
