DENBY POTTERY "ARABESQUE" 2 1/2 Pint Coffee Pot This Lovely Coffee Pot comes from the Denby Pottery and features their popular "Arabesque" Design. The Pot Stands 12 1/2" Tall to the Top of the Lid. It has a 4 1/2" Diameter Base and a Top Rim of 3 3/4". It measures around 8 1/4" from Tip of Spout to Back of Handle. The Coffee Pot has a 2 1/2 Pint Capacity and Weighs 1.7kg. The Arabesque Design was designed by Gill Pemberton and has a Dark Brown Background with Handpainted Circles. The Smaller Circles have Orange or Yellow Centres, whilst the Larger Circles have Daisies or Roundels. The Lid has Dark Brown and Tan Combinations. The Coffee Pot is in Very Good Condition. There's a Small Pre-Firing Mark on the Neck of the Spout. But there are No Further Chips, Cracks, Scuff Marks or Crazing. The Backstamp has "DENBY MADE IN ENGLAND" - though it's a little obscure and didn't photograph well. I believe that the Arabesque design was introduced in 1964 and withdrawn in 1984. All of my pottery is well packed before posting. I have many other items for sale (including more from Denby ) and will be happy to combine Postage and Packing on Multiple Purchases.
