UP FOR AUCTION IS A LOVELY VINTAGE AQUAMARINE AND DIAMOND RING, SET IN AN 18K WHITE GOLD ILLUSION SETTING. For any of you who follow my listing "stories," I have a friend who manages a jewelry store, but doesn't "do" ebay and she's asked me to sell some items from her jewelry box because she just HAS TO HAVE a new item from our estate jewelry store or she will JUST DIE! So, to drum up some cash, she's parting with a few beautiful items, this ring being one of them. The good news is that she knows a great deal about jewelry, and doesn't buy any JUNK--so these pieces are really nice. This ring has a 5mm (.45 ct) aquamarine stone in the center--it is not washed out blue like some aquas--it has real fire. The aqua is set in an illusion mounting, which makes it look larger. On each side of center is a row of three graduated size white, sparkly round diamonds, for about 10 points on each side. They are also set illusion-style, with millegrain work on the outside of the mounting. Take a good look at the supersize photos. This ring is really pretty. The inside of the band, as you can see, is stamped "18K FIDELITY" which I assume is the jewelry company who manufactured the setting. It's a size 6 3/4, but can certainly be sized to your specifications by a competent jeweler. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS--PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE BIDDING. THANK YOU.
