VINTAGE VICTORIAN FLORAL WOOL NEEDLEPOINT PILLOW Pillows add the finishing touch to any room they grace. One-of-a-kind pillows do it in spades. For your consideration I have a vintage floral needlepoint pillow. The needlepoint measures approx. 12.5âe x 12.5âe. It is in excellent condition with no missing stitches or holes. It does have one little spot which is hard to see with the naked eye but is noticeable in the photos. It is in the lower left corner. I never noticed this until I photographed it so I donâe(tm)t think it will be an issue. The colors are rose, coral, orange, pink, green and more on a dark French blue background. Around the needlepoint is new blue and burnt orange tassel trim. The header on this trim is gorgeous with little round orange and blue studs and scalloped edges. It is on rich gold damask (this damask has a slight silky sheen but itâe(tm)s not shiny). Around the pillow is a gold brush fringe. The back is the same gold damask. The pillow has a very Victorian feeling and measures approx. 23âe x 23âe. It is filled with a feather and down insert. T is a zipper at the bottom for your convenience.
