Lrg Danish Modern L Hjorth Terra Cotta Art Pottery Jar ... If you do not know who the L. Hjorth Art Pottery Company is a short search on the net will tell you all about this well know Danish Company. They are located in Ronn, Bornholm Island of the coast of Denmark and are known for t fine Terra Cotta Pottery. This auction is for one of the largest pieces I could find that was made by this company. It measures 13" tall and 9" n diameter at the shoulder. This was either a Fruit Jar or just a large Cracker or Cookie Jar. The condition is perfect and t are no repairs. After a short search on eBay past auctions I know my reserve has to be far below what this large Covered Hjorth Pottery Jar is actually worth.
