Double your traffic. For your consideration, this Unusual Large Vintage Sterling Silver, Garnet and Marcasite Modernist Ring. I believe these are Spessartite Garnets, but I'm no gemologist, so don't hold me to that. This dome-style ring is about a size 4 and 1/2 to a 5. The face of the ring measures approximately 9/16 of an inch high, by about 7/8 of an inch wide. The band narrows in back to approximately 3/16 of an inch, or about 5 millimeters, wide. (I have included a US Quarter in the photographs, for the measurement-challenged and ruler-averse.) Marked, "925", inside, but unsigned. Weight is approximately 7.3 grams. This ring is in good vintage condition, though it will have the expected light surface scratches from normal wear. The band is still round and true. We have cleaned this, but may have missed some tarnish. Please ignore the dark areas in the photos, they are only reflections of the black camera lens. A cool, chunky vintage Sterling, Garnet and marcasite ring.
