Item Details You are bidding on this Edna Hibel gold leaf lithograph on silk fabric.Edna Hibel is an American artist, born in Boston, Mass (1917-) Check this link here www. hibel .com/ for an extensive biography of Edna Hibel and her works of art.Titled “Willie and the Two Quan Yins.”Numbered 1/61. Version 8 edition 289. All hand written in pencil by the artist. Written in pencil on the back of the frame is the title of the piece "Willie and the two quan yins" also written is that is gold leaf. The pencil is faint so i can't read much beyond that. I have provided a picture.Hand signed in the lower right corner. Hibel.Lithograph is in mint condition, no wear. The colors and intricate patterns really pop and shimmer in this piece.Matted in a very pale blue (almost white) The inner border of the matt looks a metallic silver color.Wooden frame in gold. Very good condition with minor wear.Frame measures: 24.5” x 19”Ready to hang.Would make a great addition to a collector of Edna Hibel’s work.
