Lubitel 2 bakelite Russian medium format TLR Lubitel looks like a copy of Voigtl�nder Brilliant with some addition of Czechoslovakian Meopta's Flexaret. This camera is quite old and tfore it should be placed in the vintage category. Lubitel 2 was long time in production in years 1955-1977. It was produced by LOMO in today's Petersburg (in the past Leningrad) in Russia. As very successful type they were common but they are step by step vanishing and find one cosmetically mint is not that easy now. This is the newer type of Lubitel 2 with highest speed 1/250. Black nameplate in Ltin in relief. Description: Ser. No. 78282 is on the focusing ring of the taking lens. Lenses Triplet T-22 75/4.5, single coated, stops 4.5-22. Shutter speeds 1/15-1/250 and B.Cosmetically is this camera MINT- . Bakelite writhout marks. Viewfinder with slight wear on edges. No marks on focusing ring. No cracks. Well preserved.With strap and case but without cap. Shutter was recently CLA works properly, shutter speeds look appropriate. Glass on lenses is clean, no fungus, no scratches. Focusing and stopping is smooth. Selftimer works. Viewfinder is clean.
