Original WWII Luftwaffe holster for the Browning FN-1922 pistol. These "dropping" holsters, so called since they were convertible, were mainly issued to flight crews of the Luftwaffe. This holster came back home with a WWII GI. His identification tag can be seen still attached to the holster. Holster is untouched! It has never been cleaned, in "as-found" condition. Beautiful condition with just the right amount of honest wear from some light use and storage over the last 60 years. Leather is still nice, soft and supple.
