Needless to say, he wasn't amused, and this has sat in his toy box . Lulu needs a brush put through her hair, but I can't bring myself to com b a fake cat . Either way, she looks brand new. Except for those that are purchased under the Buy It Now option, which are due instantly . If these guidelines are not followed, I will relist the item, and unfortunately be forced to file a report with ebay. Shipping The only additional charge that I will apply will be a $1.00 (domestic), $2.00 (international) handling fee to your billed total which covers fees (PP and ebay), and the costs involved with packaging and so forth. I don’t make any money off of these fees, and are the reason I can start my auctions and sell some of my items for .99 cents. If you have issue paying the minimal fee, then please don’t bid. If your payment is received by noon, Monday – Saturday (excluding holidays), your parcel will be shipped out the same day. Payments on items made after 12:00 p.m., will ship out the following day. Payments received after 12 p.m. on Saturdays will have to wait until Monday for their shipment (due to post office closures). I will automatically add shipping insurance to any item valued over $100.00. If your item is priced less than this and you would like insurance applied, you MUST inform me of this via ebay messaging (PRIOR TO PAYING THE TOTAL) so I may add it to your invoice. With items that are glass, or breakable, I HIGHLY recommend the insurance. I wrap all fragile items with EXTREME care, but on occasion the USPS must play football with the packages because things have been broken. I unfortunately can’t be held responsible for what the post office does with the package once it leaves my care. I spend the extra money to purchase wrapping materials. I can’t take another loss when I lose the original item sold due to someone else’s negligence. :) I will message, (as will paypal) once when your payment is received and again when your item has shipped.
