Lulu Motorized Vintage Florida Fishing Lure in Box Nice DESCRIPTION . I think this Motorized Lure was first made in Florida by Captivated Lures Inc and then by the Phonex Company of Chicago Illinois.... This 6-1/2 inch plastic lure has a propeller up front that propels it through the water on the power of a battery hidden inside.... This Lulu is Green with a Black Back and Black Fins.... The lure looks unused and has almost no wear or signs of age.... The battery compartment is clean with no leaky battery corrosion or residue.... It looks ready to run.... The box is in good shape, with some wear and the lid is cracked with a bit of one end missing....
