Prepared from His Original Field Notes Covering More Than 10,000 Experiments Made During Forty Years Devoted to Plant Improvement with the Assistance of the Luther Burbank Society and its entire membership. John Whitson, Robert John and Henry Smith Williams, editors. Complete 12 volume set. New York, 1914, by Luther Burbank Press. Tipped in page in front of volume 1 dedicated to T.M. Kingsbury. Signed by Robert John, one of the editors. Also laid in is the certificate showing T.M. Kingsbury being elected an Honorary Member of the Luther Burbank Society and dated Nov. 15th, 1913. Overall condition is near fine condition. For some reason volume 1 is in the blue binding and the other 11 are in the red binding. Covers show some light rubbing and wear with some occasional soiling. Interiors very clean and tight. Each volume is illustrated with 105 direct color photograph prints mounted on individual leaves.
