From the Lehigh Valley Railroad is the 6" Armspear lantern. Rim of lid is embossed L. V. R.R. The top of the dome is embossed Armspear Man'f'g Co. New York plus patent dates stamped the last being '89. Condition of lid is excellent with tinning intact. Frame is solid, wires tight. Pot holder is excellent with most tinning still present and embossed patent dates the last is 1910. The pot is easily removed, burner complete with wick. Some pitting on the bottom of the pot, but no rust or pin holes. Wick adjustor is marked E Miller Co Made in USA. The 6" red extended base globe is embossed with 5/8" serif letters LVRR with no panel around the letters. T are no cracks. Top rim has minor chips. The bottom rim has some chipping which cannot be seen when in the frame. The globe is what is known as flash glass. Buyer pays Priority shipping and insurance. PA residents pay sales tax.
