Quite a find. All original, un messed with Civil War sword with leather sheath. Note the leather on the sheath is broken through. All the original fittings are still One side of the blade shows the etch beautifully, the other side looks to have been exposed. See photos of graying on blade. This will clean up. It is untouched. No maker I can find. Beeautiful grip. Send for more photos to Us only When I state "Note the leather on the sheath is broken through" above, that means the scabbard is in two pieces.
