Description: This auction is for a M.I. Hummel 169 "Bird Duet" TMK 3. Modeled by master sculptor Arthur Moeller in 1945. It features a little angel with two birds. The colors are bright and vibrant and it comes from a smoke free home. It is about 4" tall. It is a must have for any serious collector or would make a wonderful present for that special person in your life. Condition: The hummel is in perfect condition without any nicks. cracks, crazing and repairs. Terms: We accept PayPal, Personal Checks ($35.00 charge NSF) or Money Orders. Winning bidder must contact us after the auction has ended, within 48 hours with any special instructions. Payment must be received within 10 days of the close of auction, unless otherwise agreed to, or item will be re-listed and appropriate feedback will be given. Please wait for invoice before paying. Shipping / Insurance: I nsurance may be added by the buyer to any item purchased. For items that have a retail price of $50 or more, insurance will be added automatically. If an item is not insured and arrives damaged no action is taken. No refunds or returns after 72 hours of delivery confirmation, unless you have contacted us to explain why and we agree. Buyer absorbs all shipping costs when item is returned and it must be returned in the exact condition that it was sold. Refunds are for auction price only. Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance. A discount will be giving on multiple purchases.
