HAPPY PASTIME" HUM 69 VINTAGE, CLOSED EDITION FROM PERSONAL COLLECTION PURCHASED BETWEEN 1950-1955 WHEN MY PARENTS WERE STATIONED IN GERMANY. I AM NOT A HUMMEL DEALER, THE ITEMS I WILL BE OFFERING FOR SALE BELONG TO MY FAMILY. (So far, I have 63 of these, and I keep finding them as I open boxes. I believe a couple of them are rare. If t is any interest I will continue to list them on Ebay.) I am using the book M.I. HUMMEL FIGURINES, PLATES, MINIATURES, & MORE by Robert L. Miller to try to identify this collection and establish its value. I AM NOT AN EXPERT, SO PLEASE EXAMINE CLOSELY AND EMAIL ME WITH QUESTIONS. As far as I can tell this Hummel is in perfect condition with no scratches, chips, cracks or repairs. This Hummel has the full bee inside the "V" on its base, which I believe was used until 1955. The number 69 is INCISED. The word "Germany" is on the base in black. I photographed the Hummel outside, so I think the coloration you are viewing should be pretty accurate. "M.I.Hummel" in incised, in script along the back edge the girl's skirt. THIS FIGURINE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, BEAUTIFUL COLORS. MY EBAY REPUTATION IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I AM SELLING THESE AS VINTAGE ITEMS , SO TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN YOU BID.
