For your consideration today is this excellent lot of 7 different vintage HO model railroad train row house and store front buildings that include 6 from Kibri of West Germany and 1 from A.H.M.! International Buyers: Please wait for the invoice before paying so that the correct charges can be added in. International Buyers : Items will be mailed Priority Int. because of the final pkg weight! This lot also has a $2.50 Handling Fee for International buyers! ~~ Description: We are selling this really neat looking group of HO scale train buildings that are mostly row houses with store fronts, with the lot including 6 from Kibri of West Germany and one from AHM. These items remain in very fine shape overall as well as being sound structure wise, a number have that old world look with the charcoal colored finish that is like smudges, there are some dust signs as well some light overall wear or signs of use, and they are from a smoke free home. There are numerous small parts or accessories on the buildings, but there are a few things missing as well. Thereby we have to sell the lot as is for that area since we do not know exactly what each is supposed to have with them!! ~~Like already mentioned, there are 6 marked Kibri, and then one that I believe is from A.H.M. If you look at the main photo, the lone AHM house is in the second row at the left end , the taller brick type building. It measures 7.5" tall overall, then is almost 5" front to back on the base and 3 3/8" wide. Remains very sound, one tip over the upper right window is broken, one of the tiny railings on the step has a pin missing but still works, and the rest remains sound. Next up is the shorter home in the very front , roof line is 5.25" wide by 4 3/8" deep then 4.25" tall. EX home with great details, might be missing some chimneys or pipes on the roof, but real nice piece. ~~The next is shown second from left , 6.5" tall, 5.25" deep on base, then 3.5" wide. EX quality and nice railing as well as balcony parts, windows and roof are nice, has some dust and desired grime look, great display item on its own. Next is 3rd from left in back row , 6.25" tall to the highest spot, 3 5/8" wide by 3" deep, EX structure wise with clean parts overall, roof has a few factory indents so not sure if parts are supposed to be there or not, looks great as is, one side has a nice double arch, other side has nice larger windows. Neat house! ~~ Next is 4th from left , measures 6.5" tall by 5.25" deep on the base, 3.25" deep for the house, then almost 4" wide. Another very sound piece structure wise, has the old world finish, nice detailing, gate at one front needs fixing, light missing on one side, very neat show piece. Next is 2nd from right end , 6.5" tall, also 3.25" deep for house, 5.25" deep for base, then 3" wide. EX house with great display, very sound too, same grime like finish, nice railings, windows and doors. Last is 5 5/8" tall by 3.5" wide by 2.75" deep, no base but excellent structure wise, nice roof and windows, one railing has a tiny break, does not have the Kibri on bottom but has same markings number or part wise. Still a neat piece. ~~This is a really nice group of built HO houses that are loaded with display, and really do believe you will like them well if you are the winning bidder!
