This is a Rock-ola M1 Carbine barrel. It has the early wide skirt. The exterior is in very good condition with 80+% finish and the bore is shiny and bright. However, t is a problem with the otherwise excellent bore and that is that t are 2-3 pressure rings visible near the muzzle. These can neither be seen nor felt from the exterior , but they will impact accuracy. Markings are "Rock-ola" in all the right places and a P proof mark. In the flat behind the gas piston the is a small ordnance bomb. Muzzle wear is 3. It is stripped and goes not have the gas piston or nut. This is an excellent barrel for restoring your Rock-ola, Quality Hardware, National Postal Meter or Irwin Pedersen carbine, as long as you are not looking for a tack driver. Because of the pressure rings you should consult with a competent gunsmith before firing, and the barrel is sold as-is. Buyer pays $7 for insured Priority Mail. Note I will be away from 8/6-8/19 so in order to ship before I get back I will need to receive payment by 8/4.
