Auction is for a High Wood M1 Carbine Stock. I believe that the wood is Walnut and that it isoriginal. Please look at the pictures since I have no way of confirming that information. There are no clear markings on the stock. Under magnification, on the base of the grip there is what appears to be RA-P and the number 156.This stock has dings and gouges typical of its 70 years of service.Please note that below the point where the stock is notched for the slide a small crack is beginning. It does not look like it goes through the stock but I wanted to note this.This should clean up to be a nice High Wood Stock.Fixed $9.00 shipping charge to lower 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska pay actual shipping cost.
