Attention Ebay, this is just a wooden stock, not a firearm. is a BRAND NEW MANUFACTURED M1A1 Carbine Paratrooper Stock. This is the Type II, WW2 version of the M1A1 with the low wood or 10 inch cut out for the operating handle. What makes this one great, is that it has all the correct cartouches on it that an original one had. The IO (Inland-Overton) cartouches are in the stock channel, and on the handguard. T is a circle P on the side of the pistol grip signifing it was proof fired, and a large crossed cannons cartouche on the other side of the pistol grip. The rivets are painted brown as were the ones on the early M1A1. It has the barrel band spring installed. It is a beautiful walnut stock. Take a look at the pictures. So you reenactors of the USMC Paratroopers, the 82nd & 101st Airborne, this is the M1A1 Carbine stock for you. (Just a note, if you seen some of the new stocks that are being sold, they are mismatched, having the high wood stock and the low wood handguard) This one is all matched.
