Nice low wood (not a re-cut) Type III with cartouche and marked "SC B" in slingwell. No armory marks. No cracks, no M2 cut-out, only minor external dents. No chips on barrel band nose or in slingwell area. One minor, non-functional chip internally in receiver area. Includes what appears to be original buttplate and screw, barrel band spring, stock escutcheon, Type III recoil plate marked "PR-B" and screw. No finish left on buttplate but recoil plate looks pretty good. Believe the stock is made of birch, not walnut and appears to have been very lightly sanded in the past. Sorry, no matching handguard.Selling at no reserve! Questions promptly answered.
