You are bidding on a M1905 Rock Island Arsenal RIA bayonetand leather scabbard. The bayonet is marked US, RIA 1906. The scabbard is marked R.I.A. 1907 F.B.P. The bayonet is 20 ½ inches with the blade being 16 inches. The blade is dark dull blue. It shows wear on the high edges and tip from the scabbard. The blade has not been sharpened. The grips are wood and are in good condition. The one grip does have some small chips. The metal handle has the letter A. The scabbard is leather and shows wear and has scratches and dents in the leather. The tip of the scabbard shows wear from being bumped. The bayonet is the first production year. Win multiple auctions and I will combine them so you save on shipping. NOTE- All item(s) are used unless otherwise stated. Buyer pays $11.00 for shipping and handling anywhere in the United States via USPS priority mail, Hawaii and Alaska will be higher.
