For your consideration is this new, never used USGI spare barrel cover for the 1919A4 and 1919A6 Machine Guns. The cover is canvas with an oiled leather interior. It is marked, "COVER, SPARE BARREL, M9" This was used by the US Army, USMC, US Navy, US Army Air Force. I believe this to be WWII vintage, thus I am listing it in this category. This could be immediate post war though, as it is green and not tan in color. Downside to this is that our family puppy chewed it some on the end that opens, on the back side. See pic. It is minor, but does detract from it's former perfect self, ie., when I bought it! Oh well...It is priced right. Thanks for looking Bid with confidence!
