MacBeth Evans American Sweetheart Monax Large Oval Serving Platter American Sweetheart is the most cherished and collected depression glass pattern. Produced from 1930-1936. Monax is a thin opaque and delicate design. It is known as the R pattern. When held up to the light it has a faint bluish hue. I have decided to sell a large portion of my depression glass collection and will begin by listing these pieces in the American Sweetheart Monax pattern. I have a total of 38 pieces which I will be listing for sale on e-bay. This auction is for the 13" x 10" oval serving platter. There is an indentation/scratch on the left side starting from inside rim towards outside of platter. I tried to capture it in photo. The close-up doesn't show it well - too blurry. However, if you zoom in on the other pictures, you can see it on the upper left side. Please view all pictures for details and condition. I will do my best to describe completely. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. Payment to be made within 2 days of auction end. I will package carefully and ship via USPS. Shipping will be a flat 10.00. I ship to the continental U.S. only. All items come from my smoke-free home.
