Up for auction is jewelry and items from the estates of two elderly relatives and also some items that I have had since childhood. Most are vintage/antique and date from the 50's, 60's and 70's or earlier. I am not an expert but do my best to describe all items in detail. Unless otherwise noted, please understand these pieces are not new, might not be in new condition, and are sold as is. If you enjoy antique, vintage, retro, & shabby-chic, please watch for my other items. All my items are from a SMOKE-FREE home. This is a wonderful set of four Depression Glass dinner plates by MacBeth-Evans in the Chinex Cremax Classic Ivory Pattern which was manufactured from 1938-1944 and then discontinued. Please email me with your email address for a closeup photo of the pattern. The plates features a ruffled pleated edge and a delicate raised scroll design in a warm ivory color. They measure approximately 9 3/4 inches in diameter and have a just very tiny amount of wear. They weigh about one pound each. T are no chips, cracks, or other issues and they do not appear to have been used very much. I would consider this lovely set to be in mint condition. The perfect addition to your vintage table or Depression Glass collection! ***Please note this set will weigh 5-6 pounds including box and packing materials.
