DESCRIPTION: Offered is a nice collection of pink Dogwood (also called Apple Blossom or Wild Rose) produced by MacBeth-Evans Glass Company from 1929-1932 . Gene Florence (Depression glass author) says "Dogwood remains one of the top ten collectible Depression patterns, but is rapidly approaching the top 5." 's a chance to get started, or to round out your collection of Dogwood. Included in this collection are: four 8" luncheon plates, 4 saucers and one thick, 3-1/4" footed sugar. The condition of the items is as follows: 4 luncheon plates in excellent/mint condition, with no chips, cracks, or cloudy glass. Close to mint condition, with possibly a few stray utensil marks. 4 saucers in excellent/mint condition, with no chips, cracks, or cloudy glass. 1 "thick" footed sugar in excellent condition. A tiny, pinpoint nick on the underside mold seam, not visible from the top, barely visible from the bottom. (see picture). Extremely minor, but mentioned for complete accuracy.
