You are bidding on a MacKenzie-Childs tuffet. It has a silky cloth top made of squares set at a diamond angle. T is a center 4" plaid circle surrounded by a 1" black pleated ribbon. T is a 2" silky fringe all around the bottom of the cushion. The tuffet is 12" tall and 20" across. The legs are made of the MacKenzie-Childs pottery with a combination of plain matte adobe color plus the glossy black, and the black and white check pattern. The MacKenzie-Childs mark is stamped on the bottom of the tuffet. The colors are vibrant. The cloth and the pottery are in excellent condition. The piece is very sturdy. The fringe has a few issues. T are 2 pieces of the bottom of the fringe that are not tied on and two pieces of the bottom of the fringe are missing. Also t is a gold thread that is woven through the whole fringe that has come loose in one area and will have to be woven back in. Please look at the pictures carefully. The tuffet will professionally packed, shipped, and insured. It will be shipped FedEx Ground. Thanks for looking!
