This is a 2000 Mackenzie Child's, Ltd, New York lotion or soap dispenser in Taylor Aalsmeer pattern and I also have other pieces listed in this pattern. The pattern is predominantly blue criss cross stripes with yellow dots and pink curved lines and tulips. T are no chips, cracks or crazing. It is 9" tall and 4" diameter base with an insert that has a cork stopper. T are some white glare spots from the light when I was taking the photo.
This is a consignment and I will be listing many more canisters, plates, mugs, knobs, drawer pulls, compote, dispensers and butter dish this week to match in the Taylor line of Mac-Kenzie Child's.
